It is my understanding that the windows have been addressed as of April 9 and the paint touch up was completed on April 14th. Finally, there are two items mentioned in the Customer's complaint that we have no record of in our Warranty Portal.....cracked tiles and a displaced towel rack. We would ask the Customer to make the request via the Warranty Portal. Based on a review of our records, we see that the Customer has filed 5 warranty tickets with us. We believe that the 3 items that were not fixed were either items that arose from damage upon or after move-in or were not warrantable per our warranty manual.

We are a full service veterinary hospital committed to up to date medicine and surgery for dogs, cats and exotic pets. We have over 35 years of establishment in Columbus. The staff really do love animals and it makes me feel secure knowing my dogs are treated the way I treat them. Provides peace of mind when boarding my dog.

I was referred to this place by a friend. I've only brought my dog here once but the time I did they listened to what I wanted done. I have a toy poodle and I got the teddy bear haircut for my dog and when she was done she looked so cute. We recognize that some older or shy visitors may need some special space of their own.

I do not ever want them taking care of my dogs again. I would not recommend this place for your dogs. Regularly demonstrate a sincere concern for the care, attitudes, and behaviors of pets and the relationships they have with their pet parent.

Pets of the Month

They provide daily updates and pictures. We used to love this place but it has gone down hill. Some of the staff there are so unprofessional!

Fair prices, and they have the option to update your dog's vaccinations if delinquent. They took such great care of my four dogs. They sent me pictures as updates to how they were doing. I got all my stuff back that I sent with them. FYI you don't need to send them with bowls.

2nd Home Pet Resort

After a week of my dog being in this place she end up with a super bad rash. It has taken me 3 trips to the vet. I don't have and idea on how this is posible. Terrible, unprofessional, untrained staff.

We will still be offering boarding and daycare at our hospital but now have a bigger facility which offers more room for our large dogs. We offer everything you could wish for in one location, such as Boarding, Daycare, Grooming and Retail. Our dog goes to daycare 3 times a week and we also use them for boarding.

Staff is always helpful and polite. Our dogs love staying here and we love the photo updates while we are gone. Understand the difference between dogs playing and dogs being aggressive. Provide pets with kindness and respect at all times. I love Countryside Veterinary Clinic! They always take good care of my fur babies and are so compassionate and loving to them.
